Herbed Farro Pilaf

Ingredients


1 tablespoon canola oil

1/4 cup broken spaghetti, linguine or orzo

3/4 cup farro

1 shallot, finely chopped

1 1/2 cups low-sodium chicken or vegetable stock

1/4 teaspoon kosher salt

1/4 cup chopped parsley

2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme or oregano

Description

  1. Top with the parsley and thyme, fluff with a fork and serve.
